Sustainable garment & E-commerce packaging

No reason to not be sustainable.

From garment to E-comm mail bags any sustainable option is a step in the right direction but not all packaging is created equal.

We have a selection of “polybag” alternatives plus FSC recycled paper options that can be made in your brand’s unique design with low MOQ from 2500pcs.

There is no reason to not be making sustainable packaging.

  • Instead of using plastic made from petrochemicals and fossil fuels, compostable plastics are derived from renewable materials like corn, potato, tapioca starches, cellulose, soy protein, and lactic acid. Compostable plastics are non-toxic and decompose back into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass when composted

  • The primary difference between compostable and biodegradable is that compostable products require a specific setting in order to break down, whereas biodegradable products break down naturally. Typically composting is a faster process, but only under the right conditions.

  • If a product is labeled "recycled content," the material might have come from excess or damaged items generated during normal manufacturing processes-not collected through a local recycling program. Recyclable products can be collected and remanufactured into new products after they've been used.

  • When a plastic feel is just not what is wanted, then we can explore the options of FSC paper and card.

What are the options?

Our sustainable ‘polybag’ materials

Cornstarch (Compostable)

Instead of using plastic made from petrochemicals and fossil fuels, Cornstarch is a compostable plastic, derived from renewable corn (or other plant crops: potato, tapioca starches, cellulose, soy protein) and lactic acid. Cornstarch compostable plastics are non-toxic and decompose back into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass when industrially composted (takes at least 6 months)

BioXpand (Biodegradable)

BioXpand is the next generation of flexible packaging material, which through the presence of moisture, light, air, heat (the environment) and prebiotic activators (soil) will efficiently decompose the polymer chains into a wax-like product that is fully biodegradable over time, making it possible for naturally occuring bacteria and fungi to colonize, eat and digest, improving soil health (within 4 months)

Recycled plastic & paper (Recyclable)

Not all packaging is recycled or has the ability to be recycled. Recycled and recyclable offers a closed loop option, whereby plastics already created can be continually remade into packaging solutions and out of landfill.

We offer two recyclable options in recycled plastic and FSC Recycled paper
